PabStack Backup Console

This account signs in with a password only. Add a code from an authenticator app so a stolen password is not enough on its own.

Server we pull fromWhere it landsVersions kept
Changing the number of versions applies to the next backup of that server. Older versions above the new number are cleared then, not now.

Sign-in security

This account asks for a code from your authenticator app at every sign-in.

A password alone protects this account. Add a code from an authenticator app so a stolen password is not enough on its own.

Scan this with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or any similar app. If the camera will not scan it, type this key in by hand:

Keep the key somewhere safe. Without the app or the key you cannot sign in, and only an administrator on the server can clear it for you.

Back up now

Machine / imageStateSizeLast backupVersions
Running machines are copied live and are never paused or altered. Each run keeps a dated version; older ones beyond your chosen count are removed automatically.

Stored backups

A quick check reads the image structure in seconds. Checking every byte re-reads the whole file and is the one that catches a disc going bad.

Nothing stored in this folder yet.
This folder is somewhere else on the server. The console reads and checks it but never writes to it, so nothing here can be deleted from this page.
